As you can maybe guess from the picture, I'll go to gym today :)
The gym I go to is very nice! The others there are kinda old (50-80 I guess) but they're all so kind to me so I like going there ^^
This week has been kinda sporty, here's what I've done so far:
MONDAY:
Gym 1 hour
Cross-country skiing 6km
TUESDAY:
Skiing 14km
Crosstrainer 30min
WEDNESDAY:
Swimming 30min
Crosstrainer 1h
