My school outfit today: other stuff from H&M, the skirt from a random shop in Harajuku.

Some freebies I got in Korea- I bought some fragrance for my granny, so they decided to give me some extra!! Good service, no? :)

Red or orange?

I don't wear earrings that often, but I saw these and liked them. And the price was only 5€!!

I really needed some shoes for walking, and I didn't know which color to choose, so I bought white Converse. It was probably a bad idea, since the shoes are not white anymore...

Today's outfit. I guess it's quite noticeable which color I'm into now... But is it red or orange?

PS. Going to Helsinki tomorrow :)!

+ Sneep Dip bag to carry my schoolbooks because the little bag is too small for all the books... I broke the SD bag already, too bad for my plastic bag collection :p Yup, I do collect plastic/other bags that are given free when buying something. I'll show you guys my collection some day ;)

I've had a terrible headache for the whole day... Need more sleep!!!

PSST! The results of the psychology exam arrived today... I got a 9½ when 10 is the best possible!!!! 18 out of 19 points, I'm so happy♥ Especially because I started studying just one day before the exam! :)

Haven't posted any outfit pictures for a while, so here's one! The fatty jacket is new, bought in Tokyo. It cost around 70€, and the brand is GAP. It's super warm, but not so pretty...

I suppose I've introduced the other clothes here already: the woolly hat is from H&M as well and the hoodie. I've no idea of the brand or price of the pants, because I bought them such a long time ago. Socks are made by my grandma and the shoes are from Seppälä. A simple outfit as usual... I just went to the library to study today.

Lesson 1: Don't chew gum while taking pictures. Otherwise your face will look odd.

Today's dinner: sautéed reindeer, mashed potatoes, some raejuusto (it's similar to cottage cheese) and a strawberry-banana smoothie. Healthy but delicious! I didn't make the reindeer dish myself because I was too lazy to, just bought a snap... I should start cooking at home more often!!!!

Travel tips, anyone?

We started to plan our 2012 travel already! This year our trip was at the end of May, and next year we're planning to begin our trip on 29th of May - 3rd of June and have a trip of one week. We don't know what country we'd like to visit, so tips are more than welcome!! Of course I've been looking at flight prices of a Helsinki-Reykjavik-Boston flight because Boston has been my "dream" city for a long time. Too bad the flights are a bit too expensive (cheapest were around 500€), so I think we'll travel inside Europe. Malta, maybe? Anyway, I shouldn't plan the trip too well, as it's possible to end up in Istanbul once again ;)

I have a fever once again, so I'll stay at home today... Too bad I had a tennis court booked for the evening :( Well, the above outfit kinda describes what I've been wearing lately: comfy, natural-colored clothes and high heels. And of course, almost all the clothes are from H&M, except for the shoes and the bracelet :)

This is a very rare photo, be glad to see it... Me without fringe! Since I got my fringe (7th or 8th grade), I've always had it when I go away from home! I bet you wonder why. Because when you have a fringe, it looks really strange if you try to ''hide'' it! Well, at least it's my opinion... Anyway, the reason why I don't have it in this picture is that I was going to the swimming hall and didn't want to wash my hair at home because I'd have to wash it there of course! I think it turned out quite well, even if I still hate leaving the house ''without'' my fringe :p

Plastic bag, from Ataturk Airport, Turkey! Maybe some of you have noticed that I always seem to have a plastic bag with me... I have a huge collection of plastic bags from foreign countries (Sweden, Norway, The Netherlands, Japan, Spain and Turkey so far), and I can't throw them away so I try to use them as much as I can. And finally, when the bag is really dirty/broken, I can throw it away... Maybe.

Luckily you can't see it in the photo, but I hit my toe somewhere when I was in Turkey, and my toenail is still blue/black!!!! It looks so horrible :<

Some bluebells (actually it's not exactly a bluebell, it's a Campanula rapunculoides, thanks to Wikipedia) in our yard! It's supposed to be summer now, but when I woke up in the morning it was only 10C ! ! ! Well, school starts on Thursday so autunum is allowed to come. Because I cannot enjoy the summer at school ayway ;)

And by the way, guess what I'll do tomorrow! Actually I've two things to do: I go to a Red Cross meeting (more about that later) and shopping! I REALLY REALLY REALLY need new shoes...

Thinking about the title? It's from The Smiths - Hand in glove! The Smiths is one of those bands I can listen to over and over again, I even have their CD. I don't buy CDs very often because I get tired of bands very easily...

An outfit from those lovely +30C days!

Today will be my 7th work day (evening shift, 15-21....), so I have only 3 work days left♥ Yesterday was a super busy day, I was almost late from work in the morning, the whole day was really busy so I didn't even have a change to have a 10min break! And straight after work I went for a meet-up in Tivoli, but I had to leave early because of tennis! When I came back home I felt myself so dead and slept even more than normally! Luckily the work starts so late today, otherwise I would have overslept ;)

I tried not to use mascara at all, but it looked so strange I had to apply some later! I also have false lashes but I can't use them at work because strong make-up/lots of accessory isn't allowed there. That's the reason why I haven't taken a lot of outfit pics lately- I have to wear simple clothes, a white tee & black pants there so I don't even bother to take a pic of them.

My fav outfit this summer! The shirt is from Istanbul and it will be introduced later! The top and the shorts are basic ones from H&M, the bag is ooooold (about 1 year) but I haven't used it in the winter because it's a summer bag! Also from H&M, what a surprise.. The shoes are also new, bought in Istanbul as well! Havaianas♥ I almost bought ones in Spain but then I changed my mind (and regretted that!!!!!) so this year I was smarter and bought them when I had a change ;)

I got that a long time ago but forgot to introduce it! I got it from a Korean friend (thanks!), and the brand is The Face Shop. The smell of the cream is a bit strange but the cream itself is very good, I'd recommend ;)

The outfit that I wore on my aunt's birthday. I think I've introduced the other items already but the dress is new to you. I bought it in Spain and it was kinda cheap, maybe 15-20€. Can't remember the brand though, maybe Blanco... Or Stradivarius... Or Zara? I really can't remember!

Maybe some of you have noticed that I haven't posted as much as I normally post, that's because of the summer vacation of course! I have loooots of photos waiting but I have no time!! I started my job yesterday, it was nice but the weather wasn't... Okay, the weather would have been nice if I was on the beach or something, but imagine +28C (!!!) in the shade. AND I had to work in the kitchen which was very hot AAAAND run the stairs all the time! It was really really really hard, especially when the restaurant was full of people. But something very funny happened as well, I had to speak Swedish there for a while! I have NEVER spoken Swedish to anybody in Oulu, because only 0,2% of Oulu's population have Swedish as their mother tongue... But of course, on my first work day, they came to our restaurant! I noticed that they're Swedish so when I was taking their plates away I said ''Har du ätit?'' and ''Tack så mycket'', and they thought it was wonderful and said something about a Swedish-speaking girl(?)... It was funny indeed :D

As you can see, the weather was wonderful on my graduation day... Until it started to rain!

But speaking of yesterday again, this is how the day went:

6:00 I woke up... I'm not able to change this habit!

8:30 Started cycling to my workplace, slowly as always :p

9:00 Arrived to the place which was still closed, waiting waiting waiting...

9:30-16:30 WOOOORK!

17:00 went to eat falafels & bread in a restaurant

17:30 Visited in a bank(+shopping)

18:00 Ate some strawberries........ SUMMER♥

20:00 Finally at home!

I wasn't supposed to buy anything before we go to Berlin but I just HAD TO buy a white shirt for the 9th graders party which will be held tomorrow! And besides that, I also need a white shirt for my summer job so... And it cost only 7€!

Studying and studying and studying... NO MORE STUDYING! I finished the last exam of the 9th grade today!!!! 6 days to Berlin and a couple of weeks to summer vacation♥♥♥

A shirt I found at the same time as I found the LIZ LISA shirt... Why do I have so many forgotten clothes in my closet? :D

My summerjob starts after a month so I got my work shift letter and information about work clothes etc! The name of the place means ''Pancake House'' in English so you can probably imagine what it's like ;)

Some Korean hot chocolate powder, it was so delicious♥ (Just noticed how funny that sounds... I DIDN'T EAT THE POWDER! I made some hot chocolate:)

Making a portfolio for textile work class. Did I already mention I'm really bad at handicraft, painting and other things like that? Well anyway, this year it has gone a bit better but I'm still awfully bad at it :(

A simple outfit from last week. The funny thing about the outfit is that I bought those jeans when I was in 5th grade... See, I'm really trying to save money so that I can buy looots of nice things in Berlin ;)

Today I learned how to write ryegrass correctly in Finnish. I have always written it like ''raeruoho'' even if the correct way is ''rairuoho''. Oh well...

Aaand this is what I've been doing lately: studying! Chemistry is surprisingly interesting even if nobody else seems to think in the same way :D

My ''new'' ski boots! I bought them weeks ago but forgot to post the pictures... I always have problems with shoes because my feet are quite small, 35-38. Normally I buy my shoes in size 37 but this time I couldn't find that size anywhere so I bought 38 which is too big. But maybe it's better than nothing, at least these ones were cheap compared to other available ski boots! They cost 100 something while the other boots were even 200 :D

Haha by the way, today was such a lovely day, 20C outside so I took a loooong walk! And after that I took another walk with my grandmother♥:)
