The past few weeks

School stuff. I had to collect articles considering the situation of the European Union, and write my own opinions about it. Easy, but a lot of work...

A birthday present for my classmate- I think I told about the party earlier so I don't bother writing all the stuff again.

And some books I read lately. Paulo Coelho's writing style is very beautiful, and the book was very quick to read. The book about the Caribbean was filled with nice photos- I had to borrow it because the winter (which is supposed to be spring) made me miss the summer.

PS. Sorry for writing 99,9% nonsense! I made this post because I want to try the "schedule the post" -option.. Let's see if it works :)

Tiistailua

The weather has been so sunny lately that I wanted to show this shirt here... It has been waiting for the summer in my closet for a while already. I bought it at Narita Airport, and the brand is Rodeo Crowns. Sadly I can't remember the price :(

My granny painted this one! The pattern is quite similar to Aurora Borealis, isn't it? I wonder if she got the inspiration from auroras!

Otherwise the day was quite normal, but I got less homework than normally so I have more free time. I need to tidy my room though, because a former classmate of mine will come from Helsinki to stay here for the whole weekend :)

This is the reason why I'm so tired today. I stayed up till 2am reading, slept 4 hours and went to school... I got hooked on it so I wasn't able to stop reading!! The name of the book is Girl in translation in English. I really liked the beginning, but around the halfway the story started to change too fast. It would have been better if it had more pages I guess. A beautiful story anyway, I recommend :) And now I'm back to the travel books again! Which reminds me of that I really need to fill the summerjob application this week. So much to do again...

Isn't it cute? I'm afraid I will never be able to actually use the notebook because I don't want to spoil such cuteness with my horrible handwriting ;)

These are from my cousin :) The necklace is actually light blue, but I had to change the colors a bit or the photo would have been way too yellow. She also gave me a shower gel but the photo was way too yellow to publish ;) Thanks to her anyway, I love it!

Roses are pink again

My day was terrible, but the roses that my grandpa gave me cheered me up so much! Thank you!!:)

A biiiig thank you to my English relative!

And recent gets! FOCUS magazine because I was really bored and needed something to read. Maybe you can't see it, but there's also Lumene eyebrow control brush, which was a good purchase indeed! And a basic hoodie + cardigan from H&M. Maybe you've noticed that I don't write about clothes & shopping as much as I used to. The reason is that I'm saving money for *TOP SECRET*. Maybe I'll tell it in... 3 years or so. And, in addition to that, I'm not as materialistic as before (or at least I hope so!). I've sold a lot stuff in the local flea market, even some things I actually like but don't need anymore. So, the subject of my blog has changed and will change a lot ;)

Earrings from my Brazilian friend! I haven't had a change to wear them before but a couple of days ago it was about 0C in the morning so i put them on... Which was a bad idea because when I arrived to school my ears were completely frozen :(

I got that paper a long time ago but I have some troubles with it! I must decide what subjects I'll study more in high school- so actually I must also decide which subjects I'll write in the matriculation exam... There are YEARS before that exam, how can I decide those things now?? Anyway, as I have had a dream of becoming a medical doctor for a long time, I decided to take many courses in long matematics, physics, chemistry and biology! And Finnish, English and Swedish of course! The minimum of courses is 75, but when I count the amount of my courses I got about 100.... So my high school will be very busy if I want to graduate in 3 years!

BTW, some people have probably noticed that I changed my blog's template AGAIN! There were some problems with comment system things, so hopefully they got fixed now :)

So.. I'll go shopping tomorrow, I really need new jeans! I was planning to order new jeans from YesStyle but their jeans are always too short! I have ordered some other clothes from there before, and in my opinion the whole shop is kinda good :) So, I'm thinking of buying something like this, this or this. What do you think about them?

And also, I ordered something from Friis&Company today! They're having up to 40% sales and free shipping for over 100€ orders, so my timing was perfect! The items should arrive in 2-5 days so I'll introduce them after they have arrived :D

Some cosmetic things that I got as Christmas presents! They're all from YesStyle btw. I haven't tried these BB creams to my face yet but they seem kinda good.

The mess after we had opened all the presents at the Christmas Eve.. I won't make one big post about the things I got but lots of small posts, I hope you won't be too annoyed because of that!

So, here's one of the presents: new mittens! Normally I use the mittens that my granny has made but I love them so much that I don't want to use them all the time or they won't last for long! But these mittens are cute too, right?

I looooove holidays! The whole day has been so relaxing, just playing games, eating and talking! I got those chocolates as a Christmas gift. Actually I get them every year, my parents know that I love them... And they're handmade, I think it's great :D

I also got those games and of course I like them! Actually we have two Lexicos at home, one in English and one in French. My parents thought that I'll start studying French when I go to high school but I decided to start studying German so....

I bought almost all the presents I'm going to give on Friday, so now there are only a few things left to do before Christmas!! Too bad one of them is to clean my room...

Alempana isänpäivälahja ja ylhäällä lahja sille mun kaverille, jolla oli synttärit lauantaina. Toi kaverin lahja on joku sulkaareseptikirja ja isin lahjassa on taas 4 tiedelehteä. Kummatki ainaki sano pitävänsä noista ;)

Eilen alko siis tosiaan työt... Oli kyllä kauheen rankkaa, onneksi on vaan tää viikko töitä!

The bigger one was a Father's Day gift for my daddy, there were 4 science magazines in it. And the smaller one was for my friend, whose birthday was on Saturday. It's a chocolate recipe book!

This week I work at a hotel because of that work pratice thing... I was sooooo tired after work yesterday!
